Failed Email Notices

Occasionally, individuals will not receive your email messages. This will be because they do not have an email address listed in the system or their email address is wrong. One45 keeps track of these faulty email messages so you can follow-up on them and forward evaluations to those individuals who didn't receive them.

To follow-up on faulty email messages:

1 Click the Sendouts tab.

2 Click the Failed Email Notices link.

3 Click on the name of the person you want to follow-up with.

4 Type the person's correct email address into the Update field and click the Update button. To send a reminder email to the new address, click the Send button.
