Reports by Session Presenter

Reports by Session Presenter allows you to pull reports on the individual presenters for the various events. If a presenter has given a lecture for different topics or events you can report by the individual sessions or pull a report for all sessions they have given.

This type of report allows you to generate the reports directly in the academic session scheduler tool.

To generate the report:

1 Click the 'Schedules' tab.

2 Click the 'Academic Sessions' tab.

3 Click on the tab 'Reports' within the academic session tool.

4 Click on 'Presenter'

5 A new screen will open with a list of all presenters for the academic year you are logged into. Click on the name of the presenter you wish to pull a report on.

6 The completed evaluations are displayed on the right organized by form.

7 To view or save an individual form, click on the view or pdf link to the right. Clicking on the 'view-all' link allows you to print all evaluations at the same time with only one click. If you click 'view-all-pdf', you are able to save all evaluations on one document with page breaks between evaluations.

8 To generate a combined report, select the checkboxes in between the rotation dates and the completed dates or alternatively you are able to click on the 'check all' link.

9 Describe your report in the box and click Make Report. If you would like to select only certain questions to be shown on your report, select 'more options'.

10 A report will open listing the Presenters name at the top and the date the report was pulled. The system will automatically give mean scores for each question and list the comments in a bullet format.
