Assigning Learners to a Mentor

You are able to assign a mentee to any Faculty on your faculty list in your rolodex.

To assign learners to a mentor:

1 Click the Setup tab.

2 Click "Mentors."

3 The faculty in your rolodex are listed on the right.

4 Click "add residents/students" below the appropriate faculty. In the People Picker, choose the learner by clicking the first letter of their last names and then choosing them from the list that appears. When you have finished choosing the mentees, click the Ok button.
