You are able to send an email through one45 to your students, residents, faculty or other one45 administrators. The benefits of sending emails relating to one45 through the system is that you are able to include the recipient's username, password and the url to log on to.
To perform a mailout:
1 Click the Sendouts tab.
2 Click the Mailout link
3 Select who you would like to receive the email on the 'to' line. The individuals on these lists correspond to the lists in your rolodex. If you would like to see who is on each of the lists or if you would like to select only certain individuals from this list, select 'custom'.
4 Fill in the appropriate information.
5 Select "Include link to eDossier login" and "Include username and password when possible" to include the log on information of the recipients.
6 Select "Include myself on the email list" if you would like to receive a copy of the email.
| one45 does not save the history of emails sent in the system. If you would like a record of sending the email in the system, please include yourself on the list. You are also able to print the list of who the email was sent to successfully for future reference. To do this, click File ->Print on the menu tab in the top left hand corner of your confirmation page. |
