
1 Click the Schedules tab. Click on Management Tool. Your curriculum schedule opens in a new window.
2 Click on '+ portfolio' located under your current list of portfolios.

A window will appear on the right hand side of your screen. You will want to name the portfolio, enter the corresponding grad year and the dates of the academic year. Please note: You are able to add more than one portfolio at a time by clicking on the 'add 1 line' or 'add multiple' option under the dates of the academic year. After you have entered the information, click Submit.
