This report allows select the questions/text that you wish to include in your end results. By default, all questions are selected. When you are done selecting, press one of the "View Results" buttons.
One handy reason why you might use this feature is to choose eliminate comments or lengthly instructions, the end result being a compact and readable/printable result.
To remove questions/test uncheck the appropriate boxes and click "view results".
A report will open which lists the total number of times each question on the form was answers with a mean score for any likert scales. Any questions/text that were unchecked in the previous step will not been seen on the report.
