Small batch target reporting allows you to pull a mean score for a small group of targets, and if necessary compare them to other small target groups.
1 Click on the check boxes for the targets you wish to pull a group report on.
2 Type in a name for your report and click "add group to cart". The report name and the list of all targets included within the report will move into the shopping cart section for your review.
3 Select if you want to include the results from internal, externals, or both.
4 Check the box if you wish to include comments on the report.
5 Select how you want to generate the report. If you will need to send the report to others select "generate excel report for all groupings" which will allow you to save the document on your computer and send it to people. If you only want to view/print the report select "generate HTML report for all groupings"
Once you have selection the view required view a secondary page will open up with the results. The report will display the questions horizontally with the mean score for each question listed below. All comments will be listed vertically down the page.
