The grading feature in the system allows you to customize mark sheets to meet your program requirements. Grades can be entered as a numeric value or as a letter. If required automatic averages can be compiled.
When using the grades sheet the information can be restricted from the target until you are ready to release particular sections or the entire grade sheet to them.
If your program requires grades for residents or students to be tracked and you are interested in having this setup for your program please contact your one45 representative.
To input grades:
1 Click the resident/student edossier account.
2 Click the grades tab and the grade sheet for your program will open.

3 Click in the appropriate field and enter in the grade. Any boxes highlighted with a green outline are areas where an overall or mean score will be computed by the system. You will be unable to enter a mark into these boxes as they will automatically be filled in.

4 To allow the resident/student to see that there is or will be a grades sheet available you must click on the top red radial button and switch it to green. Once this is done they will be able to have access to the sheet. All other information below will be hidden until the radial buttons for those items are changed as well.

5 To allow the recipient to see other grade information change the red radial buttons to green.

6 Once you have released the grade information to the recipient they will be able to access this information within their edossier account. Any sections where the radial button was left on red will not be visible to the recipient.
