Tracking attendance in the system allows you to report attendees to see the overall counts for present, absent and excused session.
Marking the attendance also helps keep your list of outstanding session forms up to date. When an attendee is marked as absent or excused the system will automatically remove the evaluation form from their To Do tab if the forms have already been sent out.
If the attendance is marked prior to the evaluations being sent out anyone marked as absent or excused will not receive a form or email notification.

1 Click the Schedules tab. Click Academic Sessions (based on your program this may have a different title). After a few moments, your academic schedule appears.
2 Click on the Attendance tab.

3 Click on the month which you want to add in the attendance for. A list all sessions for the month will appear.
4 Click on Track for the event which you will be marking the attendance for.

5 A new page will open for you to mark the attendance.
P - Indicates that the attendee was present for the session
A - Indicates the attendee was absent for the session
E - Indicates the attendee was excused for the session
6 After you have inputted the attendance sheet click "save"
You will be able to tell if the attendance has been added for a session in the main screen by the numbers that appear under the P, A E. If all numbers are zero the attendance has not been entered.
